One of my favorite producers in Jura. The note from the last bottle I had said «the best trosseau I’ve had». That one was a pinch above this.
Medium garnet, cloudy. Aromas of ripe strawberries, red cherries, wet stone, something bright like recurrants and nettle. Dry, med+ acidity, med body, medium fine-grained tannins. Earthy with red berries. A good wine, drink noe, won’t benefit substantially from further ageing.

Light ruby. Savory, balanced, with good acidity. Substantial Jura barnyard funk — bordering on too much, as far as my wife was concerned. I loved it. Very enjoyable, and versatile with various foods, over three nights.
