Really not very good, light with no after taste, never liked this wine, had it in 2017 and twice in 2018, I hope 2019 will be better, have two to break😱

Sweet ripe red fruit, cherries, strawberries, plums, some earth and minerality, surprisingly approachable and quite pleasant to drink now. Balanced with good fruit concentration and gentle tannins. Quite nice and apt for early drinking. Paired with Perigord truffle risotto and seared scallops.

Domaine Visit-Bruno Clavelier's 2018 Vintage (Vosne-Romanée, France): Barrel sample. More subdued aromas. The confected red fruit is stiil there on the palate, but there is much more soil than in the Hauts de Beauxmonts. Lower acidity as well. Gentle wine that should drink well early. Fine quality but perhaps not as exciting to the taste buds as the prior wine.

Decanted for 60 min, nice color, nose some asian spice, taste acceptable not a bit profound.
