  Enjoyed after a day of skiing. Fantastic younger sibling of a brunello. Very easy drinking. Would buy again.

  Really, really like this. Soft, velvety and plenty of exotic Sangiovese character (mint, leather, cherry lavender) in an unassuming, easy going package. A lot more reasonably priced than most considering it’s quality. Italy and the rest of continental Europe clearly know this and selfishly hoard it to themselves as nobody in the uk seems to supply it
