Tasted at the Barolo and Barbaresco World Opening Tasting Event in NYC. Fairly traditional wine making here. 30 day maceration and aged in noth botte and tonneaux. Powerfully structured for a 2015 (due to Serralunga?), as most of the other 2015's tasted today were low in acidity and even tannin sometimes. Typical Nebbiolo flavor profile. Attractive length. Very tasty!
