Elements of Wine 2020 - My Class at GnG; 8/30/2020-12/27/2020 (Grapes & Grains, Temecula, CA): High 15.3% alcohol and it's quite noticeable. The palate has a touch of what some of us thought was cork taint, but I think was due to barrel toast. Musky, moldy, cardboard flavors that morphed into toasted vanilla and burnt caramel. Jammy black and red fruits, some fig and raisin. Medium acidity.
