  This wine is drinking beautifully right now. The fruit is a bit muted but still present and balanced with tannin and mild acidity. The flavors have melded into a moderately complex wine. Paired well with an olive-stuffed flank steak and parmesan polenta.

  This has aged nicely, though it still has more softening to do in bottle. Cherries poking through the oak, tannins coming under control a little bit.
