Pale lemon colour. Medium and developing nose with ripe green apples, white peach, ripe lemon, flint, wet stone and toast. Medium taste of ripe green apples, white peach, ripe lemon, toast, flint and wet stone. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Chablis that could be mistaken for a well made Bourgogne Blanc. Drink now or over the next couple of years. Goes well with fish or shellfish.

Light and bright gold, and light to medium body. Juicy, mineral acidity and very well balanced. Fairly elegant. Tried Camembert, Gouda, cashew nut, none of them goes well with it. Maybe a real seafood next time.

Not sure what's happening here? It's a bit weak and flabby. I've had other Chablis from 18 that has shown more energy and I had high expectations here that weren't delivered. We have minerality but that's about all. Bottle variation maybe?
