Drank with Gina on porch. 80% PN, 20% Chard, good solid champagne, very relaxed soft taste and light, nice acidity, doesn’t seem to have depth of flavor (can’t identify what fruit comes out). Try other Hebrarts as T. Theise rates very highly (under rated producer).

Fairly nondescript in the glass.
Nose of baked apples, lemon sherbet, herbs and grasses. A bit foursquare but pleasant enough.
On the palate quite lightweight, feels quite sweet - not unpleasant but only OK - wedding champagne!

Quite sweet, flabby, and disappointing. Innocuous bubbly. His rosé and higher end offerings are immeasurably superior
