Pale to medium gold colour. Nose is very restrained, with some bitter stone fruit and lemon peel. Taste is also very muted, replicating the aromas of the nose. Medium body and acid, dry, oily mouthfeel. Probably way past itse prime and primary floral and fruity notes have died off while having no mineral characters that would have survived the time. Still a decent and well balanced wine which went well with food, but at the same time pretty dull to be drank on its own.

Enjoyed with my first home made ramen experiment. Straw / gold colour. Nervy - good acidity but balanced with a generous mouth feel. Went down very well. Not sure if this is the same bottling that Waitrose is currently selling for 8.99 - if it is, buy buy buy.
Briefly, very attractive fruity nose, which continues to the palate where there is white stone fruit, firm citric acidity which is perhaps a bit too tart for my taste, and the finish is on the bitter side of crisp.
Maybe this would work with a creamy pasta or something like that, but it's not really working for us on its own.
This was a freebie from a supplier, but this isn't one that I would be hunting out at ~US$20+.
