  Needs about 45-60 minutes. Old vines Sangiovese offering depth and complexity that takes a while to show. Perfect Tuscan that different that your typical Chianti, in a good way.

  Medium ruby color. Full aromas of fresh cherry and berries with some leather and hints of licourice and hay. Full bodied with smooth, mouth coating tannins, vibrant acidity and bright fruit. A very long finish that follows through seamlessly snd remains fresh throughout.
  
  This wine is in great shape right now, and it has the structure to last avnd evolve for many years.
  
  Probably one of the greatest sangiovese based wines I’ve tasted outside Montalcino. It reminds me a bit of Torrione from Fat. Petrolo.

  Lakris, acetone og mørke kirsebær i næsen, Medium plus tanin, lækker og lang mundfølelse.
