From own cellar, artisan producer From Côte de Sezanne, small production. This is 100% Chardonnay. Very yeasty nose. It rich Chard matter, buttery, palate has breadth and presence. Vanilla note likely from new oak treatment. Palate is very comfortable with 5g dosage. In the grower world this the other extreme from zero dosage from Côte des Blancs. I like this. More exotic Chards from Côte des Bars , Sezanne, Petit Morin exhibit a vinosity not unlike great BdNs. I speculate this could be interesting too with aging.
