  도멘의 본거지였던, 지금은 Nuits-Saint-Georges로 셀러를 옮겼지만, Comblanchein의 "Les Boulardes"라는 싱글빈야드에서 생산된 와인. 진한 루비색의 강렬한 에너지를 지닌 와인. 붉은 과실 뒤에 버터리한 오크향이 생각보다 강하게 올라온다. 과실의 풍미가 강하지만 신선함을 지니고 있으며 섬세함보다는 힘과 크런치한 매력을 지닌 와인. 풀바디의 강렬한 풍성한 스타일의 피노. 도멘의 엔트리급 와인으로 손색이 없다.
