  Been wanting to try a Gerbet, popped & poured, dark & purple color, black & blue fruits, licorice, very ripe, glossy, if served blind I would have thought a Rhone, medium bodied, good length, rich, a good wine though not particularly elegant, wow 14.5%, wild upon opening & mellowed out after 2-3 hours, needs more age obviously
