  • Day 2. This is good but doesn't wow me. maybe it will open with more time. Ripe orchard fruits and lime, some good minerality. But it feels pretty generic in some ways. The 02 F Haag auction Spat I'm having beside it blows it away. Just a bit soft it feels. Finish is somewhat better. 15.5/20.

Day 13. This has improved. It's not a powerhouse at all, but it's very elegant, airy, and perfumed. Peach, spices, honey, honeysuckle, a bit of brown sugar, red apple. A touch of tangerine. The palate is soft, but light and airy as well - perfumed and balanced and gentle. Lots of orchard fruits, nice spices and honey. Juicy with good fruit. The finish is balanced and lush and gentle. Nose - 5-5.5/6, Palate - 5/6, Finish - 5/6, Je ne Sais Quoi - 1-1.5/2 = 16-17/20.
