    nose:black cherry,spice,stem,smoke,slightly sharp barnyard(brett) in the centre core of the wine

    structure:soft but firm; intensity:close to gd(gets better with air); depth:gets better with air; acidity:close to gd; texture:abv average; complexity:abv average

    palate:stem,meat,sweet earth,black cherry with more air,slight glycerine,plum with more air n gain more depth,

    conclusion:tis bttl is stil alive n kicking.if my reading on tis bttl is rite,i tink tis bttl has no sulphite add on it.in general,tere is a saying wines without sulphite tend to not able keep for long.but it seems tat tis bttl stil has some more years for improvement.i do reali like tis bttl.given more air.it does perform better than fresh pour.

  • neus is opmerkelijk mineraal, heel veel graniet. vurig, donker fruit, weer het karakter en de spanning die de wijn zijn klasse geven, mooie uitgave, nog prima op dronk, kan zich mooi ontwikkelen
