  Simple Riesling with Japanese style raw fish, rice, fresh ginger, and sauce of roasted wheat, soybeans, water and salt. The wine is light watery yellow-green. Nose with cold apple peel, spices and something dairy-like. On the palate, crispy green apples dominate. One-dimensional. High acidity, not completely balanced, and I thought it had too little sweetness to go very well with the food

  Clear, starbright wine with a straw colour and a green hue. On the nose it shows a moderate intensity of youthful citric and stone fruits with a tart character. On the palate it has a off-dry character and medium+ acidity and medium alcohol. It has a medium body and signs of apple/malic and citric fruits with a tart character. The finish is short which reflects the generally low complexity.

  Great qpr, always a favorite among dry Riesling’s under 20€. Will buy again.
