  Very nice! Pours a green tinted yellow with an ever so slightly fizz that quickly disappears, leaving tiny bubbles in the bottom of the glass.
  The aroma is rather subdued but you can find both green and yellow apples. Some tropical fruit is starting to show as well but pretty faint at this stage.
  It's in the flavour department it all happens. A high acidity is accompanying the green and yellow apples, tropical fruits and a really flinty minerality. On the end there are some grassy notes and the finish is slightly harsh.
  
  On the second day the yellow fruits had increased but the minerality had vanished, making the wine losing some of the freshness. However, I'll gladly revisit my second bottle in a year or two.

  90p. Petroleum, gummislang och tropiska frukter i näsan. Friskt med gröna äpplen, mineral och krusbär. Grapefrukt i avslutet.

  WWS Einsteigerpaket, 19.02.2023. In der Nase der typische Weißwein, leicht, spritzig, etwas Muskat, helle Zitrusfrüchte. Am Gaumen viel Leichtigkeit und Säure, für meinen Geschmack etwas zu sauer.
  Auch am dritten Tag etwas zu viel Säure, die zusammen mit Käsebrot etwas entkräftet wird. Immerhin kann man sich drei Abende lang mit ihm beschäftigen! Trotzdem kommt er nicht an den Feinherben von K. Weichsler heran.
  Habe gerade andere Bewertungen gelesen. Sehr „crispy“ und „green apple“ passt gut.
