Straw-yellow. A nice combination of citrus fruits and minerals, with honey notes. Mid-bodied, with nice fruit and sharp acidity. Retains its vibracy despite the age. Long finish. Has still way to go.

minimal nose, rather stone taste with mild citrus finish is long and balanced. This was a good compliment to crabcakes.

Sandrone & Schiopetto tasting dinner by Jeffrey Wolfe, Wolfe's Wines (Norman's, Coral Gables, FL): Absolutely the best of the Schiopetto wines. Citrus anise notes with crisp acidity. A world class Pinot Grigio. The only 2005 in the tasting, vs the 04's. James Suckling comments are accurate, his score is not.
