  • Nose: The nose is deep and poised with beautifully balanced tones of meyer lemons, apples, pears, stone fruits, jasmine, flint, acacia flowers, crushed rocks, and a touch of vanilla. This is a bit coiled up even after receiving a lot of air, but there is so much to like already.

Taste: The feel is Medium/full bodied with tart, medium+ acidity. The feel is deep, refined, and poised with balanced tones of meyer lemons, apples, pears, stone fruits, acacia flowers, flint, crushed rocks, and some vanilla notes.

Overall: This will need the better part of 7+ years to fully come together. This had seen ~4 hours of decanting and while it was showing to this level, there are clearly a few more gears in it before it hits its stride.
