  Night 1 was lighter fruit with a bit of smokey depth, fine pinot but nothing special. 2nd night this came alive. Smoke, cherry wood, bramble on the nose. Palate shows strawberry, cherry, kirsch, sandlewood, earth, and smoke. Super long finish that continually changes. Huge improvement on night 2 ... I'd score it around 94 with room to move up in 5-10 years. Next bottle 2022+
