  Pretty enjoyable white wine but made with skin contact - tasty fruit, floral notes, good acidity, hint of bitterness from the phenolics. Touch of oxidation. Paired great with a bean stew with cumin and coriander.

  Wine for a hot, dry day. Gorgeous golden orange hue. Great nose: wax, sarsaparilla, muted pineapple, capsicum. Reminiscent of manzanilla. Astringent in the mouth, drying tannins, slight bitter acid. I think I would have rated this much higher if it had a touch of RS. It is very dry and the tannins reinforce this but interesting and a nice palate cleanser on a hot afternoon. Well worth trying for some of the rare characteristics.
