  Villa Maria zoom tasting (home): Single vineyard in Awatere
  Alc 12.50, pH 3.80, t acid 5, RS 0.2 g/lt
  Clones used : half Dijon – 5
  15% whole bunch, 100% new oak for fermentation, 14 months ageing 30% new
  
  The wine shows medium to high intensity, shows depth and warmth, the ripe is ripe with red and black cherry, currants, airy and fresh, shows purity, there is a spicy frame, cinnamon, clove with a thick oak frame.
  In the palate, the wine shows elegance but also strength, medium tannins, very spicy and complex
