4 hours slow ox. Colourlessly pale. On nose and palate this had the characteristic TM taut, citrus framed seaside mineralite with some subtle hints of fennel and aniseed. Mouthwateringly delicious.

A lovely, pure nose of exquisite white peach and aniseed. It is dense and sappy, with a deep core of fruit. There's good definition and it is relatively tight, gradually opening up in the glass. There's minerality to burn on the long finish. Plenty of material here upon which to age.
