Very nice, full-bodied white to accompany a real meal; not for cocktails. Complex aromas and flavors of white fruits and flowers, savory, with firm acidity and a full-flavored finish. It does have a drawback, however: too. much of one distinctive feature. Marsanne and Viognier both have a lovely, nutty bitterness that is normally a great feature, but that can be excessive in certain vintages in their native growing regions in France, and that seems to be the case for this 2019 vintage.

Nothing here but some bitterness and alcohol. Dumb phase?
