By the bottle at Crooked Ram in Manchester, VT. Nose is ripe, vaguely tropical with crushed stone and a saline, oystery edge. Palate is slatey, steely, slightly grassy (!) with underripe pineapple and green mango notes on the decently long finish. Paired really well with a crab toast. Reminds me more of a warm vintage old world wine than a new world wine. It’s nice, but not really life-changing, but a great choice for the price on a restaurant wine menu.
