  Well balanced Aligote: fresh, tropical fruit, apricot, toast, peach, medium round, nice acidity, solid finish.

  Jus d'ananas avec beaucoup de Silex, un Aligote parfait pour l'apéro, des huitres ou un plat salée.
  Sans être complexe, il est difficile de faire mieux pour ce cépage. Très bon !

  Nez très minéral, citronné avec une salinité. On retrouve tout cela en bouche sur une trame vive presque tranchant. Pas très long ni bcp de corps. Finale saline. Pour le prix je m’attendais à un poil plus.

  Absolutely love this wine, wish I had a case tucked away. Notes here are spot on, nothing to add save my enthusiasm to the collective sea-spray-inflected yawp!
