  Pale gold colour. Pronounced and developing nose with ripe yellow apples, ripe lemon, ripe peach, butter, toast, charred wood and wet stone. Pronounced taste of ripe yellow apples, ripe lemon, ripe peach, butter, toast, charred wood and wet stone. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Saint-Aubin that has developed beautifully, but is way more matured than the 2019 vintage. One of the bottles was also corked. Drink now or over the next couple of years. Goes well with cheeses, fish or shellfish.
