  • Oak, stone fruits permeate the nose; palate is weighty (one of the most viscous Chablis I've ever had); acidity was medium with obvious MLF/lees exposure. Finish is Myer lemon with a touch of mineral at the end. Would suggest roasted chicken, duck or the like for this big Chablis, was a bit much for our pan-seared yellowtail snapper.
