  • Absolutely lovely bottle of Riesling. The nose has wafts of gentle petrol, light florals, ripe pear and a lot of white stone fruit scents underpinned by chalky limestone. Great texture, chewy, slightly oily, full flavor white peach, limestone and wet stones, bright acidity but not bracing. I didn't find it fat or flabby or lacking in acidity at all as some others may have experienced. There is a little bit of RS, I gather 11 grams per liter. Wonderful with a lightly dressed arugula salad.

  • Nose of pear, white flowers. Palate mango, pear, apple, star fruit, kiwi. Solid minerality experience. While it has the riesling pop granting it typicity, it is acid deficient. Off dry. Has the suggestion of complexity. Expands on the back end as riesling tends to do with a more humble mid palate. Concentration is medium. Fairly buttery, with the deficient acid reminiscent of your typical Cali chard. Would also appeal to fans of white Rhônes. Overall, imagine you cross nz sauv blanc with buttery Cali chard you will get this. Dresner import. 12.5

  • Very distinguishing Riesling Nose - sweet in the first moments, acids smoothly bite on the jaws, a tiny pause of taste before body - i would call it minerals - returns and stays for a nice finish.
Bottle brought by L. Could definitely have more. Very nice!
