14.6 abv. My brother blinded me on this. This started out very young and primary, but not at all jammy or raisiny. Had nice structure with a good acidic spine and fair amount of tannin. I was kind of fooled after drinking the very jammy Miro Gaddis vineyard Zin, so I guessed Bordeaux varietal, new world, 2017 red from Sonoma County. When my brother said "wrong" a light bulb went on in my head and I changed to 2017 Dry Creek Valley Zin. Oh well. Very good, if young, Zinfandel that I much preferred over the 2014 Miro. Give this a couple of years to settle down and this will be great.

Zesty zin with bold black fruits, spice, especially hints of pepper. Good finish. Pleasant wine.
