Pale red with hints of brick in color. Sour cherries and ripe almost dried strawberries. Both color and aromas suggested some development, although only 2018. Very light bodied with high acidity. Quite nice.

Pale red, fairly light in style even for Poulsard. Drinking it chilled brings out a little more structure, but mostly this is a more serious version of a dry rosé wine and could usefully be treated as such - drink it chilled on a warm summer afternoon in the garden, or as we did while watching a Euro 2020 football game. For food, I would not match to anything heavier than a salade Niçoise.
