Domaine Vacheron Dinner (Swift & Sons, Chicago IL): Poweful from start-to-finish with a complex cross-section of orchard fruit. So different than tonight's other Vacheron cuvees, and while I might have trouble identifying this as Sancerre if served blind, that might be a statement to its complexity and nuance. One of my favorites of the night.

Really great wine following our three bottles of Raveneau, this was as bright and racy as great Chablis, even with a similar lemon and apple profile, but clearly not Chardonnay. Backward and fiercely tart, this was enjoyable, even if just hinting at the enjoyment it will give in the future, probably 2025-2037+.

Quite rich, profile is almost chablisien. Lacking a bit of tension for me, but solid overall. A few more years of age definitely could help.

Really wonderfully balanced, complex, and long...but still showing very primary. would hold for 3-5 years.

No detailed notes, but remember white flowers some canteloupe and a creamy finish. Really good Sancerre, that needs some time to settle down.
