A floral and fruity Pinot. Less acid and red fruited than most other Leyda Pinot I've had but still with the light, elegant Pinot texture. At almost 8 years old, that could explain the lower acid and heightened elegance, but it's still rather primary. They say this vineyard, with its northern exposure makes it warmer and riper than their other single vineyards, so that’s probably the main explanation.
