Drank Christmas Eve at Brendles. Among the best champagnes I’ve had. Pronounced acidic profile but softened immediately with mid-palate fruitiness that balanced it well. Enjoy anytime.

Some red apples and some acid. Not very impressed and certainly not worth seeking out at current market price.

?? day opening bottle. Fullness in stark contrast to some the super lean bubbles I’ve been drinking lately. Lemon, Granny Smith apple, long finish.

Drinking nicely here. Salinity, yeast and crushed sea shells with bright white peaches. Delicious wine with a nice balance for most palates
