Rather vibrant nose of cat pee, black currant and gooseberries. Medium bodied, dry, a bit pungent, showing subtle currant and grapefruit with firm acidity. Not the most expressive of NZ Sauvignon Blancs. Nevertheless solid stuff. Very quaffable.

Pale yellow / medium straw colour. Lime and lemon peel on the nose, along with some grassy elements. Citrus elements replicated in the taste, strong green gooseberry and some blackcurrant leaf. Some minerality. Light oiliness in the mouthfeel, which explains only medium-high acidity (malo ferm). Medium-light body. Excellent, balanced and elegant NZ SB.
