  • Two coravin pours with grilled Arctic Char. This is a lovely medium ruby-crimson color. The nose has light vanilla/cream notes along with ripe strawberry and red cherry notes. The palate has bright acidity and a stony/slate mineral backbone. The red berry fruit shows through along with some sweet spices and a little white pepper. Nice depth and length on the finish. Spot on with the fish! Nicely balanced. Still quite young and primary. Needs some time in the cellar, after which I think this will be really complex and interesting. (13.8% ABV)
