Bright and less savory on day 1, earthy fresh red berry pomegranate nose and creamy bodied persimmon-horchata-like mouthfeel mid palate with some hints of leather and anise on the finish…reminded me of of a darker more serious version of Bodega Chacra Sin Azufre pinot noir. Very unique and fun maybe a little too bright and fruity until…On day 2 darker fruit flavors and more depth of oregano and herbes de Provence and cigar box earthiness. Excellent balance. Tannins felt just right, early in the peak drinking window. And the bottle has a voluptuous beauty, very sensuous, drawing a lot of attention and interest. The whole experience was fun.

More depth and savory elements than the Back Grin grignolino, but this doesn't at all seem like nebbiolo. I would peg this as an austere "low intervention" Beaujolais... which, for a Nebbiolo is a serious downgrade.
Fragrant, but again, doesn't smell like Nebbiolo. Perhaps more air is needed (edit: on day two no improvement to note)
No effervescence, sediment or natty flaws noted
Day 4: Doesn't improve like the Back Grin. Softer but the depth that made this initially more appealing has gone away whilst prickly /bitter tannin remains. The finish reminds of chewing on grapefruit piths
Moved from "neutral" to "don't like"

Cloudy, bright. Candy cherry, bright acid, straight and grippy tannin, very nice and fun.
