  • Just a quick note, since I’m *so* far behind on my notes from the csimm shindig. At $24 from the big box store, this seemed a good deal (at least until I saw the other TNer, who got it for $15!), a one off. Light gold, medium bodied, light legs. Medium+ acidity, no heat. Good+ persistence, intensity and complexity. Notes of white orchard fruits, citrus, river rocks, white flowers and white tea. Crisp and refreshing with nothing overdone, just perhaps not super memorable. Worked impressively with sushi one night, pad thai another. A little below, and a little more expensive, than the Talley Estate (at $15, truly a mind bender), but would certainly consider buying again. Drink now and in the next couple-few years. Tough to be the first wine I popped since wineapalooza, but something had to do it. 91+

  • Very Good++ / Excellent. Really nice over two nights, but no notes. Pretty nose, mid-weight, great purity, medium-long finish. Really liked this.

Very nice QPR on $15 USD close-out.

  • Delightful. Very much not an oaky California Chardonnay .
