Turned this up on my ongoing quest for good QPR in Bordeaux around the ~$30 range.
Not my best find. Diffident but fine nose of chocolate-covered blueberry, mocha, cola and prominent oak. Falls apart in the palate though, with stringy, green tannin and an unbalanced sting of acid. A noticeable amount of heat as well.

Trying this in its youth its very accessible with nice chewy tannins and medium+ acidity. Lots of bouncy raspberry, plum, cherry, vanilla, cloves, woodsmoke and stony minerality with a touch of wild herbs and some lingering currants and blueberries. It definitely has the potential to show a 90+ wine in 5 years but at this time this should be a great wine with prime rib or a less creamy risotto with wild mushrooms.

A week in Bordeaux (Mouton, Pontet Canet, D'Issan, Langoa & Leoville Barton, SHL, Arbo, Pavie, Fleur de Bouard, Cheval Blanc, VCC, Figeac); 5/21/2023-5/26/2023 (Left and Right banks of Bordeaux): Drank with lunch (roasted chicken) @ La Dominique's La Terrasse Rouge. PNP. Super young and tannic but began drinking well near the end of the meal. Decent wine but not anything I'd seek out again...
