  Unlike the unruly 2019 this is a civilised wine in the vein of the refined 2017, rounder obviously and with riper, darker fruit, but in the same beguiling, feminine style. Some stems on the nose (30%), perfect weight (12.5% ABV), silky-smooth and flowing, vibrant acidity, papery tannins, and very fine length. At Das Weinhaus, Trier, Germany.

  체리향이 지배적이고 상온 및 브리딩이 좀 필요한 와인임 시간이 지날수록 레드과실 위주로 복합적인 향과 맛이 나며 산도가 꽤 강한 편이며 피니시도 좀 있는 편임 부르고뉴 피노누아 제외하고는 꽤 훌륭한 와인으로 생각되며 가격 고려하면 가성비도 좋은 것 같음 다만 난 양성적인 피노누아를 선호해서 이 와인은 음성적인 느낌이 좀 있어서 선뜻 손이 가진 않음 예전에 마셨던 아타랑기랑 좀 비슷한 것 같기도 함

  Drank at Rijks pop-up: this has gotten a bit more elegant, but still leans more towards dark cherry, earth and some light liquorice than the colder vintages of the Ardoise. A very nice wine; if you have multiple bottles it could be fun to check in with this.

  Quite a bit deeper and darker than the '17, but chilled an elegant wine nonetheless! Nice intense red and purple fruit, good structure and length.
