pop and pour. on the downside of its life, but very enjoyable nonetheless. lots of soft plummy purple and red fruit, with tobacco smoke and spice box underpinnings. silky and elegant in the mouth, and slowly unraveling to reveal more black fruits like cassis. dusty and powdery on the finish, but still long and a very nice food wine. if scoring, 92-94. this was probably my favorite wine of the cruise. smoke 'em if you got 'em.

Have to admit my ignorance as I have never heard of B Cellars before this. While perusing the local wine shop noticed this had Tokalon fruit in it. Im a sucker for Tokalon fruit so I jumped. Very nice nose of dried flowers plums chocolate and black fruit. Soft in the mouth with a nice energetic burst of berries and subtle oak. Finish is extremely well integrated and long. This bottle went quickly.

A big, dense, chewy cab. Great nose, ample complexity. Red and black fruit is balanced with big Cab characteristics of leather, cocoa, and chocoolate. Tannins are reaosnably well integrated for a big 2004. I ordered more.
