  • Krems has a history of making wine thayd more than 2000 years old. 15,000,000 ago it was underwater. Which is why in an extremely.small area its got much diversity. Ans here a high content of limestone in the area. And then lots of erosion, so at the bottom ofnthenhill gruner vletliner loves the high water content and that soil. Ans the hillsides are for the riesling.

  • Scent tones: White freshly sprouted flowers, white semi-ripe fresco, green apples, completely fresh lemon peel, sour fresh pineapple.
Calciumide / large school Chalk, (slightly elderflower stalks), everything in the scent is quite tightly composed at the moment .. (but also has some kind of availability now)

The taste is very similar to the aroma. Dry / Juicy / sour, green apples, lemon juice / peel, sour, hard unripe peach stony / salted / calcium, a hint of, green stalks / flower stalks.
After an hour, the acid emerges, gets stuck in the gums, and causes the mouthwash to drift.
Fine stony / calcium aftertaste, with lots of citrusy bitterness.
I experience that the future promises really well..But right now it is quite "Closed". Although it is actually quite nice now and is drunk with great pleasure.

    Extra info.
Air one hour (too little at the moment)
