  • What a lovely wine!
Even better some five or ten years from now :-)

Slightly generic for the short-nosed ones, but also promising great happiness for the eventful ones.

Oeil: Golden yellow in a lighter shade.
Nez: Citrus and nettles in a very calm way.
Os: citrus, kiwi, goose berries, newly cut grass and unburnt gunpowder. Amazing acidity that can’t possibly 'go flat' (Kangos states the acidity magically "disappeared"….) without the addition of a strong base, like HCl…
Can't even understand where 'Kangos' and 'Julian Marshall' got their misguided TNs from. Maybe from Rudy himself ;-)

This is a very delicious, great, Sancerre with ample sunshine and lack of heat. Quite the mega musher ;+)

Will develop in amazingly brilliant ways and mature over some 10 years and THEN some ( ◠‿◠ )

I rest my case for the happiness living in this wine, and delivering truckloads of pleasures today and in the years to come.

Not at all bad today, but even lovelier tomorrow :-)

Drink with great pleasure from 2027-2031.
If you enjoy mature wine, please accompany us with your btl in April 2036.

    Lovely dreams ;-)

  • Disappointing. Flabby, overcooked and slightly syrupy. This used to be a good address, sadly no more, it would seem. One to avoid.

  • OK start although a little light but soon lost its interested and went flat and acidic

  • This wine is straw color in the glass with an evident weight to the wine. The nose shows citrus and green apple.

On entering the palate the wine immediately shows ripe flavors of pineapple and melon. The wine is unctuous with an oily character with medium acidity (may not quite enough to balance the weight) with a long finish.
