  Bought a bottle of 2016 and 2017 each.
  
  Dinner at Diana/Matthias place.
  
  Too young to drink, but as usual I was too interested in trying it. Wonderfully structured Pinot Gris GG from one of the warmest regions in Germany. Different layers of yellow apples, lemon curd, nuts, salty minerals and herbs. Lots of depth and grip with less RS (0.6 g/L) than acidity (6.2 g/L).
  
  Of course still a bit closed but with huge potential:
