  Medium yellow color. Nice nose of white fruits, flowers, hay. Similar palate with nice rounded fruit and grass, hints of grapefruit, good minerality and acidity. This was very enjoyable. A quality Sauvignon Blanc, elegant, with everything in balance. This was paired with an insalata Caprese.
