    from an exposed ridge between Oberrotweil and Burkheim of mainly
    wearthered volcanic rock and loess with south and southwest exposure.
    Gentle pressing. 8-hr skin contact. Fermented by natural yeast
    in 1200L oak barrel with NO temperature control. Malolactic.
    Aged 18+ months sur lie. Unfilitered.
    12.5% Abv.
    Proprietor/Winemaker: Konrad Salwey

    A(ccuray)=2: Med bright ruby. Racy invigorating varietal.
    B(alance)=2: Modulated components with vibrant acid structure.
    C(omplexity)=2: Citrus, hint of pepper and mint, nuts, saline minerality.
    D(epth)=1: Tangy mouthfeel. Good length and finish.
