Pale gold color. PNP, drank a glass over 45 minutes. The nose is showing more citrus peel, apple and powdery dried apple, and plenty of dried stones. The palate is refeshing and shows good cut and brisk mineral notes, lime extract, spice, citrus, pear and apple on a medium bodied frame. Still soe oak to fully work in, but not overbearing. 91+ to 92pts.

Tasted after 30 minutes of air. Lively apple and pear fruit. Big hit of dry extract. Very lively and plenty of oomph here. Some mineral. Excellent balance. Lime zest. Really enjoying these St. Innocent Chards.

A great late release bottle from someone who knows Burg and related wines. Open nose of white citrus, green pear, stone and saline. This just gets better with time and warming! Wait! There's more! Sunday, Sunday, Sunday! Oh, wait it's Wednesday! If you're brave and love a little age on a wine, try in 2026.

Pale gold. Smelled apple, pear, wet limestone, at times a hint of ginger; the taste was of the fruit and stone, with some pleasant bitterness coming in at the back end. Rich but with fine acidity, finishing long on the fruit. It seems like Oregon Chardonnay can do no wrong.
