  Shes a beaut. Cherry, horseradish, vanilla, and a tiny bit spicy. Enjoying it with a sirloin pasta.

  Three hour decant, the nose is quite nice, with deep cherry and black fruit along with a little smoke and oak. The palate is quite leathery and has a very distinct after taste which lingers quite a while on the tongue. Reasonable acidity and very fine grained tannins keep this in line, it is on the rich side and has a full mouthfeel.
