  Delivered yesterday and stood upright until decanted to breath for about an hour. Served at around 17c a touch cool but quite unbelievable upon opening masses of dark fruit and enough tannin, not quite fully intergrated, to suggest a 5-10 year drinking window will be delivered. As it warmed it became a little more dry on the finish but to be expected. The 2016 is currently drinking beautifully and as an everyday day wine is still a treat and am in no rush. I feel the 2018 will out perform the 16 over it’s lifetime . Amazing QPR for an ORGANIC wine. Buy if you get the chance.
  I anticipate this will be a 92 wine in another 18 months.
