light haze and a very faint fizz. oxidized nose. light and bright, you can taste the riesling here. palate is all savory. too beery for my taste, honestly the first ganevat i've ever had that i didn't enjoy.

Popped and poured. Light hazy golden color with a bit of spritz in the glass and on the mouthfeel. Really unique nose of slightly oxidized apple, lemon peel, a bit of nuttiness and under ripe stone fruit. Similar flavors on the palate with zesty citrus mixed with a funky, apple cider type flavor. Ripping acidity. Such a unique wine. Brought out some aged comte cheese at the end to pair with this and it was perfect.

Seems to have just a touch of effervescence. This is just too oxidized/funky for me. Not my cup of tea.
